"Our vision is a world where every individual in Black and Brown communities can access the mental health support"
Our Story
Josephine's Way Was Inspired
By the legacy of my grandmother, Josephine. She was the heart of her community, opening her home to everyone and ensuring everyone felt valued and cared for. Her door was always open, and children and neighbors would come by, drawn by her warmth, sass, and boundless generosity. She created a foundation of community where support was constant, and everyone felt like they had a place to belong.

Guided by her spirit, Josephine’s Way was created to bring that same sense of care, support, and belonging to communities that often lack accessible mental health services. We are dedicated to bridging the gap in mental health care, ensuring that providers can focus on serving clients without worrying about funding or insurance limitations.

In the same way that Josephine's home was a refuge, Josephine's Way aims to be a sanctuary of healing, advocacy, and empowerment for those who need it most. We're here to create a lasting impact—one that honors Josephine's legacy and ensures that every individual has a place where they can find hope, healing, and a sense of community.
